Shipping policy

Where we ship — We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories or international addresses.

Shipping options and cost — Standard shipping is included on every order: no shipping charge is added at checkout. An Express option is available at checkout for $15.

Processing — Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Large orders may ship in more than one package, each with its own tracking number. Custom plates (Build Your Own Plate) are machined to your layout after we confirm the drawing by email.

Duties and taxes — Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. There are no import duties or fees for U.S. deliveries.

Address changes — Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. To change it, email info@oxidehardware.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot modify an address once an order has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages — If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. Orders with Package Protection are replaced or refunded without a carrier claim.

Undeliverable or refused packages — If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a failed delivery or a refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
